This phase is to understand the customer organization's work and business process, either through site visits if applicable and meeting key users, or through remote communication tools such as Skype, Zoom, and Team Viewer, to help our consultants better understand the business environment and requirements and create a road map for how we can improve the customer's business using our system's best practices.
During this phase, the ITAC project manager will work with the client project manager to develop a detailed training schedule, and after a successful "go-live," the customer will be moved into on-going support. The main deliverable is confirmation of a happy customer who has all the information they need to use their new solution effectively.
